CL6 White Energy Multi has a nominal capacity of 6 liters per hour (1.6 GPH). The module includes elements for fine purification of inlet water, including double-pass reverse osmosis membrane and an ultrafilter. It also incorporates full-volume UV sterilization to ensure water purity. Purified water is pumped into a hoseline with a pressure range of 500 to 1,200 psi.

The central module operation algorithm includes regular service washings. This is done to prevent water stagnation in the high-pressure hoseline, ensuring the system functions effectively.
Water is supplied automatically from the water supply.
First of all, water passes through the ultracarbon filter (sediment, carbon and internal ultrafiltration in one), which allows to purify water from mechanical impurities, organic compounds and chlorine.
The heart of the system. Here water is finely purified by a double reverse osmosis and disinfected in full-volume UV sterilization tank. Then purified water is being injected under high pressure by a silent pump into the high-pressure hoseline. In addition, the central module has a controller that coordinates the operation of the nozzles and control units.
The high-pressure hoseline is designed as a loop. It consists of a double-layer hose (inner layer material made of PTFE, outer layer is a stainless steel braiding), high-pressure fittings and tees. The operational pressure in the system ranges between 35 – 82 bar, while the burst pressure of the hose is 900 bar, in other words, it has a 15 times safety margin. The material of the inner layer is not accidentally chosen, PTFE has exceptional low adhesion and is not a food for bacteria.
SV noiseless valves are powered by a low-voltage cable. Each cable from its own valve is led to the controller installed inside the central module. The nozzle heads are being installed directly into the room through ventilation grilles, walls or ceiling and atomize a fog into the room. Microdroplets instantly dissolve into the air, increasing RH level. The miniature nozzle heads do not spoil the interior design.
The transmitter is usually installed on the ceiling or on the wall. It measures humidity in a real-time mode and transmits it to the central module. HT1 requires a low-current power cable.

PNM nozzle with 85 μ orifice is used to create a fine water fog. The artificial ruby insert ensures solid construction and long lifetime.
DKOL-M8 Ext 15 is 15 cm long flexible extender, which is required for several applications: to extend the nozzle heads or GRM splitter from SV valve, or to extend PNS / PNM from TCCC tee.
DKOL-M8 Ext 70 is 70 cm long flexible extender, which is required for several applications: to extend the nozzle heads or GRM splitter from SV valve, or to extend PNS / PNM from TCCC tee.
DKOL-M8 Ext 140 is 140 cm long flexible extender, which is required for several applications: to extend the nozzle heads or GRM splitter from SV valve, or to extend PNS / PNM from TCCC tee.
SV – absolutely silent valve opens / closes upon request of the controller installed in the central module. The valve is connected to the central module by a cable.
HPH2 composite high-pressure hose consists of two layers: the inner layer is made of Teflon (PTFE), the outer layer is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Teflon, also called PTFE provides a high level of hygiene as it is chemically inert and does not serve as a food for bacteria.
TCCC tee with CEL-CEL-CEL connections allows to make branches from the high-pressure hose line for installation of nozzles.
TCCD tee with CEL-CEL-DKOL connections is used for direct installation of SV active valve on the tee.
FITD2 fitting is used to connect HPH2 hoses.
Crimping ferrule FER2 is used to fix FITD2 fitting.
Adiabatic humidification involves adding humidity to the air in liquid form and then converting it to a gaseous state. This requires energy, which is extracted from the surrounding air. This process also results in the temperature decrease and is therefore known as adiabatic cooling.
